Todd Latham

Todd Latham was elected to the office of mayor in April of 2021. A life-long resident of Sandwich, Mayor Latham returned to Sandwich after his service in Air Force, and earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Northern Illinois University in Business, Education and Public Administration.  Todd has served the community in a variety of roles including Alderman, Park District Board President, President of Sandwich Boys Baseball, served on the Dekalb County Board of Health, and is very active at the VFW and American Legion. 
 

The specific responsibilities and duties of the Mayor are defined in the City of Sandwich Municipal Code Section 2-111 through 2-113.
