Licensing and Permits

There are two types of licenses and permits that the City of Sandwich uses.

Clerk Permits:

Clerk permits are managed by the City Clerk's Department.  These permits are required to legally obtain City approval for solicitor or food truck permits as well as raffle and haulers licenses among other requests.

Building Permits:

Building permits are managed by the Building Department and are administered by the City Building Official.  These permits are generally for building/dwelling additions, modifications, fences, chicken coops, and other residential type construction needs.
